This is the game called iron harvest. It rts game set in an alternate timeline were mechanical armor and walkers are introduced. It seems so far you can fight as as a polish like faction called Polania. The others seem like a German and Russian-Esque factions.

I suppose there will be more details likely by the end of this year or when they announce its demo or official release. 

I have only played RUSE, a WWII RTS, made by Ubisoft and Eugen systems as of late. Initially there was to be a steam release for the game however due to eugen's legal issues with using WWII stuff they couldn't release it without rectifying those legal problems. Thus the game has remained on pc disc and Xbox 360 release. Probably another reason there is no effort to push it for the one as with many former 360 games.
