Mobian Freedom Fighters and Other Freedom Fighters were RPs that took place in the same world and same time as SatAM (or at least a relatively close too SatAM so it doesn't get in the way of the story) but featuring other Freedom Fighter Groups.

MFF and OSS were actually intended to cross over at one point.

Wanna restart them? give it the proper crossover we wanted to do?

  2. Anyways I got a few places in mind.

Italy. Yes I was there last year but I do want to go back at some point. There's a bit of Florence I didnt see and Rome was awesome.

England. I wanna go to Liverpool to see a Liverpool v Everton match up (Merseyside Derby)

Paris (for real instead of being in the airport for 13+ hours.)

    Munich and Berlin.

And Toyko and the surrounding area. I want to hike Mt. Fuji as well

  3. There's a line in Sonic Generations right before the final battle referring to Sonic's friends: "They're Insignificant." Sometimes I'm wondering if this is how SEGA truly feels about these guys.

You had Tails at one point was able to shine on his own and was able to hold up to Robotnik, twice, but he's been scaled down to the friend who only invents stuff to benefit Sonic and seems to cant hold his own anymore. The kid is a genius and was able to stick up for himself but now he is just a secondary character that is only there to help Sonic along. Knuckles seems to have forgone his duties to the Master Emerald. Yeah I have seen arguments that he just brings it with him now but really I wonder if they have any future plans for him. Amy, dont get me started, she's just nothing but a fangirl now with a one track mind. As Arcan said with SA 1 & 2 she had some redeeming qualities to her but now she really doesnt have any. She needs a total re-write at this point. Shadow has just become a joke. Adventure 2, Heroes and Shadow the Hedgehog he was a pretty decent character, with the latter game is being about him trying to find about himself, hell even '06 Shadow story actually gave him some good development. Now he's just become a meme about being "edgy."

All of these characters had a ton of potential at one point but SoJ has squandered it because some people complained about not playing mainly Sonic. Now it seems to be the other way around with fans asking for SoJ to bring back these guys as playable characters. And you know what? I'm not 100% sure I can trust SoJ anymore to do this and give these characters any worthwhile development within the next few games. Boom was probably our best shot in some way but internal fighting and SEGA pushing the game to come out before it was ready hurt those chances too.

I really try to be optimistic, maybe with the focus shifting back to SoA things can change. But I need to see it first.

That reminds me, we should probably be more definite about RPing stuff. It's a bit of a broad term. There are the three ones I'm aware of:

    1) RPGs. Dice, books, character sheets abound.

    2) Play-by-post. Similar to the above with less rules and just posting. Generally requires more mature players because you tend not to have dice and stats to enforce what you can do.

    3) Freeform RPs. Generally have fewer people who just make it up as they go along, with no "GM" role. Often terrible and commonly seen in comment sections.

Mostly the bolded one but I think we can get one of the first one too

  5. Favorite Generation: Gen III. Loved Hoenn

Favorite Game: HG/SS. It was absolutely flawless

Favorite Rival: Gary. He was always a step ahead of you.

Favorite Gym Leader: Claire. I kinda find it funny how you beat her powered up Dragon and then she flips out and kind adeies you the badge until you fetch something. But it gives you a good opportunity to get a Dragon Pokemon. Him and Crasher Wake

    Favorite Professor: Rowan. No nonsense

Favorite Champion: N, technically he is a Champion but it's more or less a "Wait, really" moment

Favorite Villain: Cyrus, cause he kinda wanted to destroy the world by making a new dimension

    Favorite Starters

    Gen I: Venusaur.

    Gen II: Meganium

    Gen III: Secptile

Gen IV: Torterra, notice the pattern yet

    Gen V: Serperior.

    Gen VI: Chesnaught

    Gen VII: Not applicable yet

    Favorite Eeveelution: Espeon

Favorite Legendary: As a kid I liked Celebi. Now I like Rayquaza. Though Shaymin is cool too

    Favorite Pseudo-Legendary: Salamance

    Favorite overall Pokemon: Luxray.

Least favorite Generation: V. Only because it's hard to say one

Least favorite game: Black/White. Wasnt a big fan of the "only can get new pokemon" idea

Least favorite Rival: Hugh. Definition of Angst in pokemon

Least favorite Professor: Birch. He was only really there for the first 10 minutes then you were on your own

Least favorite Gym Leader: Moriarty (Ghost Guy gen 2) The only moves he used was Spite and Curse. Maybe Confuse Ray

    Least favorite Champion: Diantha

Least favorite villain: Lysandre. There's no need to cause mass murder cause you're angry at yourself.

    Least favorite starters:

    Gen I: Charizard: Too hyped

Gen II: Felagator but it's cause I had to pick one. I kinda liked all of them

    Gen III: Blazakin. Too OP

    Gen IV: Infernape. Boring Fire/Fighting

Gen V: Self-cooking bacon. Same above

Gen VI: Greninja. Only because how he's treated as like the greatest thing. Love the design but its the other that hurt him

Gen VII: Popplio. Too clownish. May change later on

Overall least favourite Pokemon: The one that looks like a set of Keys.

Pokemon that deserves a type change: Dunsparce. Just give it the fairy typing already.

Pokemon that deserves a Mega: Eevee. Hear me out- Instead of getting a Normal Evolution it should get a Mega Evolution that kinda gives it a bit of the others abilities

  6. There are multiple themes we can make for the site. Currently the one on the top of the page is the only theme we have and I think it would be best to give you guys the choice of different themes.

So what's an idea that you would like to see as a theme?

An Idea I had was perhaps Uncle Chuck looking through a book or something in his lab.

  7. I'm A Man of Wealth and Taste xD

Anyways, My name is Wulfsbane but most of you know me as Uncle Ben.   I did recently graduated college at Johnson & Wales University and I even had a term abroad in Italy (beautiful country, if you have the opportunity I suggest you go). I’m a slightly overqualified pizza cook at a rather mid/upscale restaurant who’s debating if this is really what I want to do with my life and I may go back to school at some point. I got into Sonic when I was 4 when I played Sonic 2 for the first time and my first console was a Sega Dreamcast. Still have it, rather yellow now for some reason. I think I have gotten nearly every main game thus far. I also got into SatAM at this time due to some reruns and was hooked almost immediately. I also got into the Comics when I was 11 when my middle school library had an issue of the Archie Comics. I’m also an avid hockey fan (RIP "Mr. Hockey" Gordie Howe) and I play hockey myself. I actually just won my league a few weeks ago. I play mostly as a power forward who seems to be snakebitten for goals, at least I'm better than half of Toronto.

I joined another community originally 4 years ago. About a year into said community I met Stranger here and we became friends. He helped me see my full potential in myself. We began working on a certain story which I think we will be releasing a part of it soon. When he came to me about starting the Scribes in order to improve the fanbase I was all for it and here I am. I hope you guys enjoy this site. If anyone has any questions about me I'm a pretty open guy so feel free to ask.

  8. I'm excited for Persona 5 but I'm also interested in Fire & Ice, mainly cause they delayed it for a whole year to work on it. I wonder if SEGA actually learned from their mistakes.

Delaying a game by a whole year sounds like it but I want to hear about how the demo goes first. I hope they release the demo on the eShop so I can try it myself

Could be a bug. Presently I can qoute multiple people by clicking on other people's quotes after one prior.  The latter qoute will show up where you were originally typing.

Cause when I hit the qute button on this response it only shows yours

And both cases showed amazing levels of dickery by the players. The Falador Massacre got its name because the players decided to use the glitch to murder a bunch of defenceless people, while the Corrupted Blood case is actually now used as a case study regarding bioterrorism, because the tactics people used to spread it were so similar to real-life cases.

It doesnt help that the main guy in the Falador Massacre was apart of one of the largest pking clans in RuneScape.

But I love how Corrupted Blood became a case study and how to figure out what a plan should be for epidemics/bioterrorism

  11. The thing about this was that it was a complete accident that was overlooked when coding the skill into the game. No one knew about the bug until it was too late.

Corrupted Blood was an oversight by Blizzard that took way to long to fix
