    @MoKat

    Should I merge this with an adventure thread, RP thread, or Rogue-Likes thread?

    I don't think so. This is in Video Gaming Discussions for a reason & I think it would get lost in any other thread (and none of the games in the series are a Rogue-like; nothing is randomly generated, BTW).

    There have been announcements (like this one) about a Demon Souls remaster for the PS5, so this thread could get more action soon.

    {Edit: FYI, I've beaten -all- of the Souls games, even if you include Bloodborne, so if anybody wants tips, feel free to ask. }

    More importantly, they did a series of Books in the US for Sonic, all of which loosely based on Archie Sonic to an extent

    Those came out before the Archie Comic series, if I'm not mistaken. I have some of those books; just need to dig 'em outta storage.

    I believe one of them even have a book about Bunnie.

    You're probably thinking about Robotnik's Revenge, which (story-wise) is basically what you would get if Sonic Conversion did the Fusion Dance with issue #3 of Archie's Sonic the Hedgehog regular series :D;) I have that one & I may have even posted a few scans from it somewhere.

    {Edit: found the scans...dunno if there are any copyright issues with posting the books, but here are a few illustrations from Robotnik's Revenge:

    Wendy and the Witchcarters:

    In the old days of the Forgotten War, Wendy was a highly respected member or Order of Ixis, to the point where Mogul chose her as a member of his Four Elite.

    While she was on the front lines during the war, things took a drastic turn when both sides were menaced by none other than the second incarnation of Enerjak, whose power and uncontrollable nature were so threatening to the point where both sides we're forced to agree to a temporary-yet uneasy-truce t defeat the common enemy, one that Wendy strongly objected to.

    While they were eventually victorious over Enerjak, Wendy immediately attempted to strike down one of the Knights, only to be critically wounded.

    With the Order of Ixis losing more and more members, Wendy was forced to go into hiding and put herself into a special Crystal stasis, awaiting the day she could not only fully heal herself, but restore the order of it to its former glory...

    Many years later, the last remaining follower of the Order; Naugus was on the run after being dethroned. He would attempt to hide out in one of the  ruins of an old Ixis Temple, and stumble across her Crypt...

    Soon it was revealed that right before she sealed herself away in Crystal, Wendy called for at least three members of the order and placed a special "contract link" on each of them. She then told them to drop off the grid and live in obscurity, passing down the contract link through their descendants until the time came for her to awaken.

    As such, when she finally awoke thanks to Naugus, the contact the link immediately activated, calling forth their most recent descendants to serve her:

    Carrotia the Rabbit,
    Falke Wulf,
    and Bearenger the Grizzly

    The Ixis Triad.

    I really like this idea.

    It's sometimes hard to find a Sonic shirt in adult size like XL or XXL.

    And sometimes finding one even in L is a challenge.

    Hot Topic's website seems to have some variety in that department though - $20 & above for a t-shirt is pricey, but they seem to be currently running an online special. None feature Knuckles tho'  :( The only Knuckles merch I saw there was the phone holder (which is kinda cute ^.^)

    No offense to anyone who liked that, but I found him using that completely stupid. Rotor isn't the fighting type and never will be. Now I'd be cool with him piloting a mech to use in battle since that would keep him in character, but not using some super suit.  He isn't Iron Man. That nano suit should have been given to someone else, not Rotor.

    I for one did not like it >.<

    I agree with you on both points; Rotor isn't a fighter (so don't try to use him like one *glares in the general direction of Bollers*) & the suit should have gone to someone else, if it were to be used at all.

    Okay, I didn't find one so everything's cool :)

    I loved Teen Titans; Teen Titans Go seemed to be a mockery of it, IMO.

    Dexter's Laboratory was entertaining most of the time and Samurai Jack was a classic. I enjoyed Powerpuff Girls too.

    Also, can I talk about Swat Kats here?

    Yes. It's a Hanna Barbera cartoon (& one of my favorite HB series)

    Zombie Island was the best cartoons in it's series

    Agreed.

    I liked the first one where they try to remove the zombie's mask, only to pop off the guy's head

    Yeah, that was a great moment; it subverted the usual reveal scene that commonly occured in the original series :)

  8. Hmm, some episodes are better than others of course. I suppose the pilot episode "Encounter at Farpoint" would be a good place to start because it introduces the main characters - including a re-occuring alien entity that calls itself "Q" who likes to mess with Picard :D

    {Edit: as far as season 1 goes, I pretty much argee with this list at What Culture. I would have put Heart of Glory higher; then again I do like Klingons, so I'm probably biased :)}

    I am not a big fan of the NuTrek movies. Beyond has a cool scene with the Beastie boys Sabotage, blowing up all those small ships. But it does not feel like Star Trek. It just doesn't feel the same with Leonard Nemoy passing away.

    I feel the same way, at least when it comes to the movies. While I did enjoy TNG as a series, the movie that features the characters from that series left me going "Meh."

    I am Iron Cheeze. I already filled my About Me section if you want to get to me. I got on this site after watching and really liking the new Sonic Movie.

    Welcome, Iron Cheeze! (I breifly pictured a mouse version of Iron Man when I first read your username, BTW)

    I haven't had a chance to see the new Sonic movie but it sounds like a lot of fun juding by everything I've read & seen. I prefer the really old-school Sonic games (I still have all the Genesis games along with a Genesis 3), but it was the SatAM cartoon that brought me into the fandom.
