      Oh boy Ishapar - Due Process is a concept you should know about, bud. It's a part of the ABC's of social studies and very important to know about for you own civic safety.

      Basically it is the proper procedures the justice system must go through to try a citizen for a crime or exercise any punitive measure against them.

      Okay, so if I am understanding what you just said, Red, due process is the procedure a court goes through to try a person for a crime.  If your state has taken due process from gun owners, Wulfsbane, does that mean the government could arrest a gunowner and not give them a fair trial just because they own a gun?
