What did I miss?

Sally and Bunnie make a cameo in the Sonic Forces tie-in comic, Looming Shadow. The tie-in comics for Sonic Forces are canon to the games.

I thought they already were thanks to sonic spinball, though I guess as far as the modern games go this is a pleasent surprise. that being said, I hope that they don't overstep and just give them a fresh start already (and for the love of all that is good ditch the redesigns and go back to the classic ones already, names and all, they looked better, sounded better, and fit surprisingly well into the games!!!)
